Meet The Team

Elizabeth Lopes joined October Three during the Retirement Learning Center (RLC) acquisition in 2023. Before serving as the Director of Relationship Management at RLC, she worked in the HR/payroll, defined benefit and 401(k) industries. In 2009, Elizabeth began her career in client administration at Fidelity Investments in the large market HR/Payroll department. She then transferred to defined benefits, first working in customer service and then transitioning into operations. Working in different industries has given Elizabeth valuable experiences and unique skills. She enjoys helping others as an ERISA plan consultant and stays informed about changing regulations and legislation. The retirement industry has never been more critical, and she looks forward to providing continued value and support in this space.

Elizabeth holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She maintains certifications in Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), And Tax-Exempt and Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC). She enjoys learning about diet and nutrition in her spare time, traveling and practicing Spanish and Portuguese.
